Vacuum formed faces, sometimes called “Pan Formed Faces” or “Thermoformed Faces”, are made by heating sheets poly-carbonate plastic and pulling them onto a mold. Unlike some national sign companies, we make our vacuum formed sign faces in-house. With two vacuum forming machines, we can make single piece faces up to 6’x12′. Our computerized router enables us to create face molds with multiple levels of embossing or debossing to achieve the look you want.
For the past 6 years, AAA Signs has been the only sign company that we have dealt with for all of our 17 Pizza Hut locations. We even defended our decision to continue to use AAA Signs when asked to favor other national sign vendors. Very few companies have demonstrated the interest to be not just a vendor, but an integral member of our community and partner in our success!
Just a short line to say how impressed I was with Kenneth and Donald. It seems today contractors just don’t take pride in their work anymore. Your guys have surpassed my expectations on the installation of the K sign, with safety first, and even touching up screw with white paint it totally blew me away. hats off to these guys you should be proud to have such dedicated employees. Again thanks for all the great work your team does for Baker Hughes.
Thanks for being of top of all the projects. It is helpful to have someone who has experience and know how to get the projects done! Your dedication has helped my company grow. Cheers to 2014, 2 more stores to go! Happy Holidays.
The support that AAA Signs has provided me and my customers has been nothing short of fantastic. From the management team, marketing endeavors, graphic designers to the installers, AAA Signs continues to do a phenomenal job. I am looking forward to working with you on our next project and I feel confident in knowing that my customers will receive professional and courteous service by AAA Signs.
I would recommend AAA Signs to anyone opening a new business or in need of sign maintenance.
