Overview

Vacuum formed faces, sometimes called “Pan Formed Faces” or “Thermoformed Faces”, are made by heating sheets poly-carbonate plastic and pulling them onto a mold. Unlike some national sign companies, we make our vacuum formed sign faces in-house. With two vacuum forming machines, we can make single piece faces up to 6’x12′. Our computerized router enables us to create face molds with multiple levels of embossing or debossing to achieve the look you want.
